This Editorial Policy explains how Nightlight Journal creates and maintains its content, and how we keep independent education separate from commercial affiliate relationships.

Our Content Principles

  • Accuracy first. We describe supplement formulas and ingredients based on manufacturer-published information, and we note that source explicitly.
  • Conservative claims. We do not state or imply that any supplement diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents insomnia, a sleep disorder, or any other medical condition.
  • No fabricated authority. We do not invent studies, statistics, expert credentials, testimonials, reviews, ratings, or awards. Where we reference general research context, we describe it in general terms rather than citing specific figures we cannot verify.
  • Balanced limitations. Every ingredient overview on this site includes a plainly stated limitation — what the research does not show, or where evidence is limited.

How We Handle Affiliate Relationships

Nightlight Journal participates in affiliate marketing, meaning we may earn a commission when a visitor clicks certain links and makes a purchase. This does not change the price you pay. Our affiliate relationships never determine what we say about an ingredient's general research context — see our full Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Content Updates

Product formulas, pricing, and availability can change after we publish. We aim to review our content periodically, but we always recommend confirming current details on the manufacturer's product page before making a purchasing decision.

Corrections

If you believe something on this site is inaccurate, please let us know via our Contact page. We take correction requests seriously and will review and update content as appropriate.
